Dr. Trivedi is awesome! My loved one is in the ECT program and is progressing nicely. After each treatment, I see a difference in him. Dr. Trivedi explains the process in a way that is understandable. She is kind. She listens. She knows what she’s doing. There is stigma in the general public surrounding ECT. The treatment has evolved so much since the earlier days. Hollywood’s depiction isn’t accurate. It is humane. Painless. Quick. The patient is sedated under general anesthesia. They receive a brief electrical stimulation that ‘resets’ the brain, in a way. The treatment, including recover time, takes about 40 minutes. There may be a headache after. Sleeping afterward is common. The improvement is impressive. I’m so grateful to the team. They are compassionate. Knowledgeable. Kind. Professional. ~ Kathy D

Dr Trivedi is a very kind and gentle doctor. I’m a very anxious person and she made it easy it approach her with the anxiety and depression issues I’ve been having. She is very proactive in administering care by prescribing medications as well as providing the TMS and Spravato services. I’ve met the office staff many times throughout my Spravato and TMS treatments and they were nothing but kind. They were also very supportive with any issues I was having regarding having to reschedule appointments, and did so without any judgement or disappointment. Human Touch is a great place to go if you have struggled with anxiety and depression for too long and want a chance to finally feel some relief. ~ Brandon M

I’m about 15 days into TMS therapy and I’ve experienced a noticeable improvement in both my anxiety and depression. I’m honestly grateful for Dr Trivedi and her team. Struggling with depression and anxiety for a while, so to feel real change this early has been encouraging and honestly relieving. The treatment process has felt supportive, and the front desk staff has been especially kind and helpful. That makes a difference when you’re coming in regularly for something mental health related, feeling welcomed and comfortable takes away a lot of the stress. I have been going to Dr. Trivedi for over 10 years and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the office staff. I have always received very friendly, helpful and prompt service from the office staff and Dr. Trivedi is amazing at meeting your needs and assisting with your mental health. She will always meet you where you are at, take your recommendations in mind when making medication decisions for yourself, and is personable at each visit. I sincerely appreciate all of her assistance with my difficult needs and won’t go anywhere else (I am a cash paying patient whose insurance doesn’t cover my visits). It’s the best self care cash payment that I could do for myself! I highly recommend! Plus, there are a multitude of services available at her office. Her office is a one stop shop like a salon with waxing, massage, nails, sauna and the whole works….but for your mental health! ~ Amber A

I am so grateful for Dr. Trivedi. On my first visit she advised me that it might take a couple of tries with the medication to get it right. She was very empathetic as I bawled my eyes out. Second medication switch did yhe trick. She also filled out some paperwork so I could get a discount on my medication on my behalf proactively. I Feel lucky to have found this place. I understand everybody's bodies react differently to medication n and everybody walks in with a different set of problems. We were referred to Human Touch and Dr Trivedi by our Psych for the ECT treatment after my wife was diagnosed with schizophrenia and severely catatonic states with no improvement from meds. From the initial consult, and through the whole treatment, Dr Trivedi was always very professional and knowledgeable about what was going to happen and very sympathetic and understanding of our needs as well. She is amazing and would highly recommend her to anyone who would need this treatment. We had about 50 sessions with her and from the first one to now is a complete 180 in my wife. She is almost back to her pre condition self, memory is back and driving again. No longer catatonic. Able to function again by herself. Dr Trivedi saved her life and gave me my wife back. Can not thank her and her staff enough for what she has done for our family. The only downside is that since she’s better we will not have to come see her anymore and will miss her. Again, highly recommend her if your in need of this try of treatment. ~ Brenden W

Dr. Archana is very friendly and caring, she puts her patients 1st ahead of even herself and can't turn away someone who needs her help, the staff is very friendly. The only issues I have had is with my prescriptions not getting filled on Time or being sent back to pharmacy when request is sent over and they have a very strict cancellation policy and charge of $100 if not cancelled within 48 hours of appointment unless you have a doctor's note there is no exceptions, Regardless of family emergency, transportation issues or anything else that I'm aware of and if you're more then 5 -10 min late your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Most other psychiatrist office have long waiting periods, are far away or don't except Medicare but Dr Archana's office is in a great location, they do except Medicare and it is pretty fast to book your first appointment with her and she just opened a new Elk Grove CA office making it even more convenient. Overall I would recommend her and her office. ~ Angela N

Where do I start Dr. Trivedi is a blessing to have in my life. She always welcomes me with a warm smile and kind words. I’m comfortable talking and sharing everything with her that goes on in my life. Her advice and suggestions with what I need to hear from her is always helpful. She’s not one of those doctors Who prescribes you a bunch of medicine you don’t need she prescribes by helping you with comfort and putting you on the right track to a healthy life with the right medicines. She has help me with my self-esteem attitude staying positive and so many other things.Thanks to her I am on the right track now and taking Less medicines for my conditions which makes me so happy. That should tell you something about her she cares with open arms. Every session I have with her she is honest real and always has a smile when she’s listening. Last month in my session. I have been treated by Dr. Trivedi for just over a year. The office is clean, calm and peaceful. If you are lucky, you may catch her cute pup visiting. The office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Trivedi is a credit to her profession. The mind is a vast and complex, often mysterious place and everyone has their individuality built into it. Couple that with the complexities of insurance and the work of managing your mental healthcare can be overwhelming, but Dr, Trivedi and her staff took care of everything. We started off with TMS treatment, which was not effective for me, but we weighed our options and decided ECT was the next step for me. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff at Heritage Oaks, especially Nancy, the ECT coordinator was on top of everything. Christina, Ernest and the other nurses were all very kind, patient and accommodating. ECT treatment was an extraordinary experience. I would recommend it to anyone feeling stuck in a pit of depression. I felt a difference after one treatment. I have had 41 ECT sessions and they have definitely changed me for the better. There were a few unpleasant experiences with anesthesia in the process, but I do feel that ECT and Dr. Trivedi saved my life. ~ Rumaldo D

Dr. Trivedi and her staff are wonderful. I’ve been a patient for more than six months now. My quality of life has improved dramatically since I’ve been under her care. Any PCP can prescribe antidepressants as a first step. The reality is you need a psychiatrist to diagnose and medicate. I was on the wrong meds for years. Thank God for Dr. Trivedi! ~ Jennifer B

I had the most amazing treatment here. This facility was clean, and most of all Dr.Trivedi cared. I was suffering from extreme PPD, among other things, and was recommended the IV ketamine treatment. I take my 63 year old uncle there who has a long-time diagnosis of schizophrenia. He and I both love Dr Trivedi and her wonderful dog Buddy. The office is beautiful and cozy. The staff is friendly and make my uncle feel right at home and accepted! ~ Teresa
